Cherry Blossoms and a Well-Stocked Bar—Let’s make some springtime cocktails!(via)
Hi LDV readers! This is Manvi from Mochatini with a fresh installment of “Glamorous Gatherings”. We previously picked the perfect decor for a springtime gathering, now for the really important part - the cocktails. I've rounded up four tasty libations to start your rooftop garden party off right, and a bonus non-alcoholic drink that is just as refreshing and fun. 2 ounces Banks 5‐Island Rum
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
8 mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish 3 cucumber slices, plus 1 for garnish

Add 8 mint leaves, 3 cucumber slices and the simple syrup to a mixing glass and muddle. Add alcohol, lime juice and ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and a cucumber wheel.  Blood Orange 75 The Bright and Bold Blood Orange 75 (via)
1 1/2 ounces Gin
1 ounce blood orange simple syrup
1 1/2 ounce blood orange juice
4 ounces chilled Prosecco
1 slice blood orange, for garnish
Simple Syrup: Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in small saucepan. Bring mixture to slight simmer to dissolve sugar. Once sugar dissolves, remove pan from heat and place 6 slices of blood orange into mixture and let steep for 30 minutes. Remove the orange slices and pour simple syrup into a squeeze bottle and store for up to 1 week. In shaker, combine ice, gin simple syrup and blood orange juice. Shake well and pour into glass, top with Prosecco and garnish with orange slice.

12 ounces Lillet Rose
12 ounces Ruby Red grapefruit juice
6 ounces gin
6 edible flower blossoms (optional)
Combine 6 ounces Lillet, 6 ounces grapefruit juice, 3 ounces gin, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled. Strain and divide cocktail among 3 stemmed cocktail glasses, such as Champagne coupes. Repeat. Garnish with edible flowers and serve immediately.   Refreshing and non-alcoholic

6 large lemons
2 12oz. cans of soda water
2oz. simple syrup
Many sprigs of thyme
Juice and strain the seeds from lemons into a pitcher with ice. Add simple syrup and soda water, stir. Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with several springs of thyme.
