This week’s Fabulous Room is a stunning master suite designed by Jay Jeffers. Part of a home in the Presidio Heights neighborhood in San Francisco, the suite features tailored details, a sophisticated color palette, and a masculine aesthetic with a touch of glamour, courtesy of a few key pieces like the spectacular lighting and artwork.
{Notice the mix of patterns and textures. The minimal, warm color palette keeps the mix from being over the top. Instead, it lends a bespoke air to the room.}
{I love this fabulous mirror and the detail of the fireplace’s mantel. The leather on the chairs is beautiful, though I’m not completely sold on the shape.}
{This cozy nook features even more subtle patterns and beautiful textiles. I love the modern lines of the furniture.}
{This chest is so beautiful. Notice the fretwork detail of the inlay on each drawer. The bold painting is a statement-making touch in the space. I also love that the horse bookends double as vases.}
{In the bathroom, Jeffers commissioned custom cabinetry and took the subway tile all the way to the ceiling, creating an illusion of a much larger space.}
{How fabulous is the dressing room? Clearly, the man who lives here is very lucky! The space is functional, with plenty of storage, but it is visually stunning as well. I would be so excited to wake up each morning and meet the day by getting ready in a space like this.}
